2014 Spokes Models Wanted

Attention Class of 2014!

Do you love the look of Usher Photography’s senior portraits? If so the Usher Photography Senior Spokes Model program is for you. The Spokes Model program is a great way to save some money on your sessions, have a lot of fun, and maybe win an iPad Mini! Just submit the application below and Usher Photography will call to talk to you and your parents and to set up a mini-session.

Here’s how the Model Rep Program works:

Usher Photography Senior Spokes Models get a free in-studio mini-model session this winter and early spring. During this session we’ll be trying out new ideas and backgrounds as well as creating photos for advertising and promotional materials for the Class of 2014. You’re going to be the first ones from your class getting photographed and your photos will be all over Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the Usher Photography website.

In addition to the free studio session you’ll also get 50% off your regular session, any session you choose, in June or July. You’ll have your own Usher Photography Spokesmodel App on your smartphone to show off your photos to your friends and if you refer your friends you’ll have the opportunity to earn things like free specialty products, free hair and makeup, and even a separate BFF session for you and some of your closest friends. And for every friend you refer you’ll get one entry into a January 1st drawing for a brand new Apple iPad Mini!

To qualify you must currently be a high school Junior who wants to have your Senior Photos taken by Usher Photography and you must be willing to promote Usher Photography to your friends. You must commit to using Usher Photography for your senior portraits and may not represent any other local photography studio.

To apply, fill out the application below and click on submit.

Make sure your parents know you’re applying because once we get your application we’ll be back in touch with you and your parents right away. It’s Been a Great Year!

The class of 2013 has been fantastic!

I’m sorry that I didn’t take the time to blog each session this year because I’ve created some of the most unique and beautiful senior portraits of my career. I’ve seen so many great kids from so many new schools. It’s tough to choose what samples to feature because everyone has ended up with once in a lifetime portraits. I’ll be updating the galleries so keep checking back for new samples and to learn about what new things are coming for the Class of 2014!

Fresh Face, New School

It’s always a treat when I book a senior from a new school district. It’s even more fun when that senior is as fresh-faced as Trinity High School’s Alexandra. She saw my portraits from her friend at Aurora H.S. and knew that Usher Photography was for her.
She couldn’t have been more right – we had a great time with her senior portraits.

Alexandra took advantage of VCS Salon right below my studio to have her hair and make up done. Kristen and Megan did such a fantastic job that Alexandra looked absolutely stunning. During the sales meeting Alexandra’s mom even mentioned that she didn’t look like she had too much make up and that her hair was just beautiful.

A cheerleader for both basketball and football, Alexandra’s energy was so positive and bright. Every outfit, from country to trendy, came with it’s own unique expressions and attitude. I hope Alexandra is able to send me many more Trinity High School seniors as fun and fresh as her.

Over Seas over Summer

Here’s Solon High School senior Spokesmodel Elen. We had a really terrific time this spring creating Elen’s Spokesmodel page but when she came back a bit ago we had even more fun.

Because of her bubbly attitude and some really unique outfits I had a great time in the studio creating Elen’s senior portraits. What photographer can resist having some fun with such gorgeous hair? Not me!

Elen is spending the summer in Armenia and Italy with her sister. I’m not certain, but I think this blog entry will get the most international viewing of any I’ve ever posted. I hope she’s having a great time on her trip.
Maybe she’ll even post a comment from Armenia!

Like what you see? Check out more portraits of Elen on her Spokesmodel page below.

First of 2013!

Usher Photography welcomes our first senior from the Class of 2013, Solon High School’s Samantha! Although I’ve photographed a lot of 2013 seniors through the Spokesmodel program, Samantha is the first to place her order and will be the very first to receive her beautiful portraits.

A native of Pensylvania, Samantha came to the studio with her mom, some beautiful clothes, and this smile that just lit up the studio. On top of a great smile, Samantha’s hair was just perfect for my custom black and white processing.

Samantha is studying computer graphics/design at the Exel TECC program as well as attending Solon High School. If her design skills are as strong as her personality I’m sure she’s going to be very successful.

Have you scheduled your senior portraits yet? The summer is booking fast and the fall will be filling up soon. Be sure and click on Contact TODAY to make sure you get the best date for your portraits.

Last of 2012

Better late than never, here’s Medina High School Class of 2012 graduate Kelsey. On the heels of the Class of 2013 photo sessions Kelsey came with her mom and her gecko, Mr. Lizard. I think it goes without saying that it was a fun session.

Kelsey will be studying biology at Ohio University next year with a goal of specializing in macro biology. She told me all about it but frakly, I just got lost in her blue eyes and didn’t hear a thing.

A very hard worker, Kelsey is drive through technician at McDonald’s as well as a lifeguard at the Medina Recreations center. She brought both of her uniforms for her photo session but I found that the french fry stained work shirt just wasn’t that good for portraits so I had to go with her lifeguard uniform. I think it was a wise choice.

Thank you Class of 2012 for a fantastic year. I look forward to meeting new fun Class of 2013 seniors. Be sure to check out my Facebook page to find a Spokesmodel from your school for a $30 discount off of your session.
